Celebrity is fleeting

With the recent passing of what seems to be so many celebrities, it should give one pause. Death comes to everyone. Money, power, influence, fame, accolades, love, good works, secret lives, adoring fans – nothing can save you from your fate. In the end, it will be just you and Your Creator.
As the old saying goes, “Surveys show that 10 out of 10 people die”. We are all going to die. Tonight, Farrah Fawcett, Ed McMahon, Michael Jackson, and many others have discovered that fact.
And each one of them is one of two places – they are either in the loving embrace of Eternal God or they are not . . . and never will be. Read the rest of this entry »
